Cameroon ended in the 3rd place of the 33rd edition of the African Cup of Nations football.
The Indomitable Lions, who were playing at home, went for third place with guts. Antonio Conceicao’s men delivered an exceptional performance against the Stallions of Burkina Faso, which allowed them to take 3rd place.
During the tournament, players distinguished themselves very well, such as captain Vincent Aboubakar, Karl Toko Ekambi, Fai Collins.
Cameroon is a monument of African football which has produced some of the greatest players on the African continent. These players have evolved in big clubs and they have had the opportunity to earn a good living and to insure their old players.
