The comments made by Algerian coach Djamel Belmadi on Sunday, April 24, 2022 about the Cameroon-Algeria match has continued to shock many Cameroonians. Samuel Eto’o had made a statement to call the coach to order,
Seeing the way things are moving towards an inappropriate direction, ABK’s journalist Auréole Tchoumi makes a proposal to the president of FECAFOOT, Samuel Eto’o.
He suggested that:
« The decision that Samuel ETO’O should take to save Karl TOKO EKAMBI is to cancel Cameroon’s participation in the World Cup. It is not a question of money but a question of honour”.
The journalist also believes that “ Lejeune Mbella Mbella, Cameroon’s Minister of External Relations should summon the Algerian Ambassador to Cameroon because the life of Karl Toko Ekambi is in danger in Lyon. » He equally added that Cameroonians are in danger in Algeria.
Note that, Toko Ekambi was reportedly attacked violently by some Algerian fans.
