The all-time top scorer in African football has lost his maternal grandfather.
According to several credible sources, Samuel Eto’o Fils, former Cameroonian international footballer, is mourning. African football’s all-time top scorer has lost his maternal grandfather. Ndebi Étienne died on April 10, 2021 at the Idimed clinic in Douala at the age of 90.
This is the second person the former FC Barcelona striker has lost in a short span of time. On Monday December 14, Ngo Baka Brigitte, cousin of Samuel Eto’o Fils’ , gave up the ghost. She was hospitalized at the Douala General Hospital, reported the online newspaper La Voix du Koat. This death follows the arson that occurred in the New-Bell district in Douala on December 11, 2020.
